While working at Nautical, I have quickly realized how many amazing teammates I have around me at all times. This month’s employee spotlight member is no exception. Today, we are highlighting JT Conrow, our site/account manager at Nautical. JT has been a bright spot on the team since he joined 11 months ago. Although he is very busy, I was able to sit down and ask him a few questions to learn more about his life outside of work.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I’m a pretty simple guy when it comes to my hobbies. I like to relax by fishing and just enjoy being outdoors. I also enjoy cheering on my favorite sports teams. I’m a big fan of the Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs, and the Tampa Bay Rays. I like going to games and being part of the crowd. But most importantly, I love watching my son play basketball. He’s a baller.
What's a Fun Fact about yourself?
One fun fact about myself is that I am an avid Jordan shoe collector. I actually just got back from a trip to Orlando where I went to Trophy Room (Michael Jordan’s son’s retail store) and got to see some pretty cool collectibles and shoes.

If you could go back in time, where would you go and why?
Oh man, honestly I would just go back to the 90s just to experience that time again. Riding BMX bikes and jumping ramps, it takes me back.
What is your favorite thing about working at nautical?
I love working at Nautical because of the people I work with. I also really appreciate the opportunities that I’m given to learn and grow. I’m constantly being challenged which is a good thing, and I’m always learning new things.
